Time Keeping and Payments

As a part of your role being on the TSIB team, it is your responsibility to keep track of your time, and to invoice accordingly.

We use a piece of software called Time Clock Wizard.

You will need to first follow this link to set up your account: Time Clock Wizard

Make sure to download the application for your company. 

Each day you work, you will be logging in to start your day and the end of work day. Remember you get to have flexibility with your work schedule, so if you decide to take a break anytime (pick up your kids, go for a walk on the beach or the forest, take care of chores around the house, etc.) just make sure to pause the time clock, and unpause when you come back. 

ACTION- Make sure you update each day what you worked on/accomplished in the notes section of time clock.

Also to be noted, when you invoice for the work you did, that will be checked with the time clock. We pay for every 15 minutes worked so when invoice round up or down to the closest quarter segment. Examples- you worked 12 hours and 36 minutes, then you will invoice for 12.50 hours. If you worked 12 hours and 40 minutes, you would round up so you would invoice for 12.75 hours. You will need to send over an invoice to be paid. And Invoices are paid net-14 days. If you have any questions please ask.
